BroadSoft Inc., of Gaithersburg, which makes telephone systems software, said DGC, of Stockholm, Sweden, an Internet service provider serving the Scandinavian market, is installing BroadSoft's BroadWorks Internet telephone application platform, to furnish small- and medium-size companies in Sweden with Internet-based telecommunications services.

Marconi, whose name has been changed to Ericsson Federal Inc., is headquartered in Columbia.
